Our products
Our accessories are produced from 100% Italian silk twill and hand-rolled on site in Como.
Our silk comes from skilled weavers in the Como region of northern Italy.
Our cowhide leather bags are handcrafted in Italy (Florence region). They are unique accessories, exclusive to our physical store located at Galerie du Roi 10, 1000 Brussels. Roseline receives them unpainted and then paints them according to her creativity and intuition.
- Our silk scarves and accessories are printed in Italy. However, our designs are based on Roseline's drawings and paintings (done by hand), which can be found in her travel journals.
- Our bags, on the other hand, are hand-painted directly onto the leather and protected by a varnish to protect the painted design.
We apply the so-called “French-style” rolled hem to our scarves, which is a hand-sewing technique in which the rolled hem turns towards the right side of the silk scarf, as opposed to an “Italian-style” rolled hem, which turns towards the wrong side of the scarf.
Our bracelets, produced by a Belgian company, are made from resin. A robust material that can be adjusted in boiling water.
Prepare a bowl of cold water on the side.
Boil some water. When the water is boiling, fully immerse the bracelet for 25 to 30 seconds to make it malleable.
Remove the bracelet and use a towel to avoid burning yourself.
You can then tighten or enlarge it by bringing the edges closer together or further apart symmetrically.
While maintaining the correct measurement, place the bracelet in the bowl of cold water to set its new shape.
If you do not achieve the desired size on the first try, try again.

Creating an account is very simple. Click on "Log in" in the upper right corner, enter your first and last name, and create a password. You can also create an account when placing an order. You will then be asked to register your information with your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" button when logging into your account. You will receive an email with a link to create a new one.
Creating an account allows you to be quickly identified when shopping on our website. An account offers you a secure, simple, and fast way to order. Your account saves information such as your order history, payment methods, and delivery addresses – guaranteeing a smooth and quick shopping experience.
If you wish to delete your account, please inform us via our contact form. We will take the necessary steps to ensure your rights are respected as quickly as possible.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can also check your order status in the member area of the website under the "My Orders" tab.
- Orders placed on roselinedoreye.com cannot be cancelled or modified. However, returns are possible after receipt of the order. Please notify Roseline d'Oreye (rose@roselinedoreye.com) that you are cancelling the purchase, without penalty or explanation, within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. The products in question must then be returned to the Company's address (return within 3 business days, as evidenced by the postmark or the date of the recognized carrier). Only the price of the purchased product(s) and the initial shipping costs will be refunded; return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Our stock is updated regularly. If the accessory you're looking for is currently unavailable, please click the "pre-order" button when adding it to your cart. This will place you on the waiting list, and you'll be notified by email once the product is back in stock.
No later than 24 hours after delivery, you are requested to notify Roseline d'Oreye (rose@roselinedoreye.com) of any defects or non-conformities in the delivered products, providing photos and other supporting evidence. We undertake to refund or exchange defective or damaged products. In this case, please provide a detailed written description within 24 hours and return the product(s) to us (within 3 business days, as evidenced by the postmark or the date of the recognized carrier). We will then proceed, according to your preference, with an exchange or refund. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof of payment.
Payments
The following payment methods are accepted:
Payment by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China UnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CB, Discover, Electron, Maestro) is made securely on the site.
Payments made through payment applications (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Bancontact, iDeal, Alipay) are processed and secured by our financial partners. Therefore, no customer banking information is transmitted through the website.
We advise you to contact your bank in case of a refused or cancelled payment.
Your invoice is available in your account under "My Orders". If you placed your order as a guest, your invoice will be sent to you by email along with your order confirmation.

Caring for your leather product
In our workshop, Roseline applies a special leather varnish to the paint on each bag to protect the designs and ensure they last a long time, wherever you go. The composition will therefore not be affected by brief exposure to water. However, it's important to note that prolonged exposure to the elements (UV rays, rain, dust, etc.) can significantly damage the leather—a natural and porous material—and consequently the paint on top. It is, however, normal and natural for both the leather and the paint to develop a patina over time.
If the paint on your bag appears to be fading or discoloring, we invite you to return to the store with your damaged bag so that we can assess the situation and take appropriate action.
